Lifestyle Group Coaching

Thrive-HQ's Thrive Lifestyle is a virtual workgroup that will provide guidance, and more importantly accountability for anyone of any ability who is wishing to live a strong and healthy lifestyle. It is not just a nutrition group or any form of "crash" or "fad" diet program. We are striving for long-term lifestyle changes and long-term results.

Thrive Lifestyle is a virtual-based lifestyle coaching group. We believe that anything done together can be very powerful when trying to reach a goal, whether it's working out, collaborating on a big work project or even lifestyle choices.  

This program consists of a customized nutrition plan (just for you), bi-weekly meetings with a group setting (say hello to accountability), and more!

  • Whether you register directly or are reaching out for more information we will get back to you within 24 hours

  • Prior to our first meeting we will set you up with our coaching software where you will fill out your initial assessment get familiarized with it prior to joining the group sessions.

  • We will use that information to come up with a customized nutrition plan for you.

  • Prior to joining the bi-weekly sessions we will review your nutrition plan and answer any questions

Step 2: Receive an Individualized Nutrition Plan

Step 3: Jump Right In!

  • After you have registered for the bi-weekly group sessions and have received your nutrition plan you are ready to join the group.

  • Group check-ins will start January 13th, 2023 and will continue on a bi-weekly basis.
