Dr. Christian is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist that is passionate about helping individuals move, feel, and perform better—whether that means getting back to everyday life or returning to high-level sport. His approach blends performance-focused rehab with a solid foundation in movement quality, ensuring each client builds the capacity to exceed their pre-injury potential.

Dr. Christian has experience working with a diverse range of clients, from professional, collegiate, and high school athletes to fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, and members of the general population. He particularly enjoys guiding patients through the sports performance phase of rehab, but also takes pride in mastering the fundamentals—laying the groundwork for a strong, sustainable return to activity.

Dr. Christian’s passion for physical therapy and sports performance began during my time as a collegiate baseball player. That experience shaped his philosophy: rehab isn’t just about getting back—it's about getting better.

During his free time, he enjoys hiking, skiing, golfing (although he isn’t very good yet), working out, and spending time with his soon-to-be wife, their chocolate lab puppy, as well as family and friends.

When you see Dr. Christian you can expect to work with a caring, thorough, and fun professional that takes the time to understand your goals and tailor a plan that fits your lifestyle, keeping things focused but approachable. Whether you're recovering from surgery, dealing with a nagging injury, or looking to level up your performance, his priority is to help you feel confident, capable, and empowered every step of the way.
